All products offered on PK LEADER STORE DIGITAL (including but not limited to utility tools, GFX performance injectors, ESP mods, game configuration files, VPN access credentials, and premium software licenses) are purely intangible, electronic digital assets.

Upon digital transmission, display, or delivery via WhatsApp Support, Telegram Support, direct download link, or private portal, delivery is deemed 100% complete and fulfilled in full.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

PK LEADER STORE DIGITAL assumes zero liability for any in-game account bans, temporary restrictions, matchmaking penalties, device flags, tier resets, or account forfeitures incurred by the customer.

2.3 Sole User Liability: The customer assumes 100% personal, financial, and operational responsibility for any action taken with products purchased from this store.

3. LAWFUL USE & PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree that you will NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, dump, crack, share, or reverse-engineer any private key, software binary, or proprietary configuration provided by PK LEADER STORE DIGITAL.
• Distribute leaked download links or shared credentials to unauthorized third parties or public forums.

Any breach of this section will result in immediate license revocation and blacklisting without notice or refund eligibility.

4. GAME UPDATES, PATCHES & ANTI-CHEAT EVOLUTION

Online games, mobile operating systems (Android & iOS), and anti-cheat engines are subject to unannounced updates and security patches.

• While our engineering team works diligently to deliver fast compatibility updates, temporary downtime during post-patch maintenance is standard and does not constitute product failure or grounds for a refund.
